The IB Continuum School at SAS, in partnership with Eastwood Global (Switzerland), is a fully online academic program designed to provide student-athletes with a prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program while allowing them to focus on their athletic careers.

Eastwood Global, a leader in innovative online education. Based in Switzerland, Eastwood Global is one of only seven schools authorized to offer the fully online International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. The programs are designed around five core values: Academic Excellence, Freedom, Empowerment, Entrepreneurial Spirit, and Global Community. Supported by experienced IB educators, the synchronous and asynchronous model delivers a rigorous, flexible learning experience worldwide. What classes do you offer at the Sports Academy School?

We offer classes from BP to BT3, with both English and French sections available. Students can enter BP from EB8, but they must pass EB8 to enter BP2 at SAS. If they haven't passed EB9 but still wish to join SAS, they may enter BT1, where they will take an official exam at the end of the year in four subjects.

What are the practical and theoretical subjects that students take?

Students at the Sports Academy School take a mix of practical and theoretical subjects. Practical subjects include Tennis de Table, Basketball, Athlétisme, and Préparation Physique. Theoretical subjects include Traumatologie, Économie du Sport, Psychologie du Sport, Nutrition, Physiologie de l'Effort, Langue, Gestion, Informatique, Biomécanique, and Droit.

What can students pursue after BT3 at the university?

After completing BT3, students can pursue various university programs, including Physical Education, Business, Music, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Graphic Design, Psychology, and Literature. They will also receive a diploma accredited by the Ministry of Education. Additionally, students have the opportunity to continue their studies abroad at universities outside of Lebanon.
